I recently tried this moldable nightguard, and have found it to be a helpful solution to my teeth grinding problem. The molding process was straightforward, and the nightguard fits my teeth perfectly. While it took some time to get used to sleeping with it in my mouth, but after I get used to it, i don't feel uncomfort at all. It has significantly reduced my teeth grinding and the discomfort it causes, allowing me to wake up feeling more rested.

Super easy to mold and fit is good. The only downside is when you wake up, there’s a lot of saliva in your tray. Idk if my molding is too loose or it’s normal. This is my first time using this product for grinding

I saw reviews and made sure the water in a 16oz glass measuring cup was boiling (5 mins) in microwave and put the guard in the water (I kept it in the white tray to hold it in the water) for around 3 1/2 minutes. Took it out and patted on a towel and started forming it right away. It did not burn my mouth. I bit down for a couple minutes, taking it out once or twice and making sure it was comfortable. I did bite down pretty hard and grind my teeth a little bit. I love that there isn’t anything on the front of my teeth. It doesn’t always stay on your teeth if you open your mouth but I don’t have a problem with that and no issues of it falling out, I must sleep with my mouth closed :)
