I received this product as a Christmas gift and I have loved it so far. It's relatively painless, it sort of feels like a sunburn for a short period afterwards that is totally pacified by a gel product my husband also got me. It comes with protective eyewear, a long cord, and cheap razor. It's easy to use, you just need enough time to shave and shower first. I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't been using it for long enough to know the long term results. I've already seen a reduction in hair with just a few uses, and I'm optimistic that I'll be very pleased with this product.

No carry bag which I feel it needs. Tool works well will update in 8 weeks with results Quality vs price is good. Quality vs salon same. Will save money using at home. tool is easy to use and has well written instructions
