      Originally order this item as a Christmas present. First machine initially heated wax but buttons did not function as expected. Contacted customer service and a new, working was sent promptly. Customer service was fast and courteous and new machine works to provide the pain relief therapy for my partners hands after a long day of work. Thank you!
