I have ruddy cheeks, broken capillaries and generally red, irritated skin. I live in the desert where it’s both very windy and very dry. I wanted a powder that I can slap on to even out my skin tone and cover up the redness without having to put on foundation. I’ve tried several brands but they didn’t have enough coverage. I really like this one! It covers without having to use a ton of it. It does look powdery but that’s unavoidable probably. I think I’ll try it with a primer underneath. The reason I rated it 4 stars is because it smells awful! Like cheap, nasty perfume. I have no clue why they would perfume this powder but it you are sensitive to perfumes or allergic, then this is not the product for you. I probably wouldn’t buy it again because of the smell. In my photos, I have one side with the powder on and the other side with no powder. The second picture is a full face of powder with no other makeup on.
I switched to this after reading reviews. My color was always out in stores so I’ve purchased on here. Have been using for almost two years now and the coverage is flawless. I’ve never liked using a wet foundation because it always seemed so heavy. This is light and airy and looks flawless.
I wanted to love this but I just couldn’t. I am in my mid 30s with dry- but also hormonal acne skin type. It was not great at all. I literally did my makeup and then washed it all off again because it was that bad. It shows every line, every patch of dry skin.
L'Oréal Paris Makeup Infallible Fresh Wear Foundation in a Powder, Up to 24H Wear, Waterproof, Golden Sun, 0.31 oz.
This product is a good one. IT DOES WHAT ITS DESIGNED TO DO. However I took a gamble and thought it was a “powdered cream foundation”. Well, nope, it is truly a powder and when you are a senior powdered foundation does nothing but settle in your wrinkles and makes them look worse.
I tried this on its own and it wasn't that great but with my liquid then the powder it was good. I thought when I bought this it would replace my liquid foundation it doesn't. But overall it's not bad.
