      Very effective. The plastic pouches that your feet go into would have been better if they had tie ups instead of having to fasten using a sticky plastic strip. They take a while for all the skin to peel and the tip of putting the plug in whilst showering is a good one as it allows your feet to soak. I recommend at least 2-3 weeks in advance of wanting your feet on show!
