We're doing a pirate theme for Halloween and I wanted gold treasure in the treasure chest to be given to the kids. Last night my wife and I filled almost 200 of these bags with treats and they worked flawlessly. I expected to have gold powder all over my lap afterwards or the drawstring to snap, but we never had any issues. They're a brilliant gold color and are going to look great in the treasure chest. Now I just need to get more candy to fill the rest of the bags.
