04-04-2023Great weight, and seems durable and definitely has power. As long as this holds up I will be extremely happy as I have already invested in a second from this brand. As my area has begun to become vulnerable to flooding more often lately. Currently in the process of developing a combination of french drains, 3 sump pumps, leech field to try and keep my immediate yard.....well that a yard.

04-04-2023Ordered 2 units and both came with damaged diverters. The plastic shipping cover hid the damaged/cracked seal rings until they were installed and the tile installed. Instructions state to keep the cover on, but check before starting to install. The unit itself works fine and looks good.

05-04-2023Our plumber had no problem with install. Just renovated our bathroom and we looked forward to this going in! We have not been disappointed. Only thing that could be better is if you could have both overhead and handheld going at the same time.
