had a different brand "little Giant" paid much more. that junk burned out a switch, 11 months old. They had no switches to fix?? THIS pump, is made better, and has a small foot print. It Worked very well this past weekend. Thanks for that. Outstanding quality, at a very fair price.. Also, knowing that Amazon, Has a great customer care program. stand behind what they sell. thanks folks

Easy install, single power cord as opposed to typical dual float switch/pump power cords. Easy install but little concerned the rubber hinge at the bottom of the float valve may degrade and fail over time.

Worked great! Cost was the same as what we would have paid a plumber to perform the service -now we can service our water heater for free going forward
