I would say this is still pretty toy like. Feels a bit flimsy but much better than using a joystick when learning or practicing. Make sure you have a place to store it when not in use. Is fairly bulky. Must be able to clamp it down. Does not have enough weight of its own.
It does everything you could want but perform its core function. The springs and severely limited travel make it difficult to use for games like MFS and Star citizen. Curves are basically useless unless you can move with the precision of a cnc machine. I found its feel to be imprecise and spent most of my time trying to get around oscillations caused by the magnitude of input in the craft vs what I was inputting with my hands. Has a great feel and is well constructed it just didn't get the correct mechanical components or physical parameters to really let it shine. Designed via committee would be my guess. Or they realized they couldn't hit a desired price point and decided that this particular format was how to get there. A solid three stars but never a 4
