We received this item on time and was as described. Only one problem there was not a second battery. Chatted with an Amazon Rep on line that night and told him it was a Birthday present for my grandson and he was so nice and polite and sent me a replacement. Now that is customer service and so hard to find anymore. Thank you!

I would like to start out by saying this is a great RC for beginners and I have had a lot of fun running this around. I have taken it on the hard surfaces and all over off road up steep hills and it is a real blast to play with. I have ran this for over 10 hrs and the only issues I have is the first time I ran it one of the rear wheels came off. I had tighten them before I ran it just like the manual said. I was able to find the nut and put it back on and finished the run without an issue. I put some Blue 243 Loctite on all the wheel shaft threads and let it sit for 24hrs. I have not had anymore issues with the wheel nuts coming off. I also lost 1 shock spring lock which is a very cheap fix and bound to happen with all the off-roading I have done with this RC. The only issues I have with this RC and the reason I only gave it 4 stars is this RC will only go 19MPH which is still a decent speed but not the 30MPH as they claim. I have check the speed with a GPS speedometer which I stuck on the RC and ran it multiple times up and down the street. Also the battery life last about 17 minutes on hi speed going on the road and off-road mix. I'm sure it would last the time they claim if you have it on low speed and keep it on the road but still seems a little misleading. I am very happy with the overall performance of this RC and it has been a great beginner RC for me, I just wish it went the speed they said it should.

Durable enough for my needs. I've driven it down the stairs in the house and outside multiple times at different speeds... It's taken about a 3-4 foot jump while landing mostly on the nose and front wheels without any breaks. I drove it through snow about 3 inches deep on multiple occasions and it was quite soaked each time. It didn't stop working at the time but after a few cycles of this poor treatment the power switch seized in the off position. My trying to force it on broke it. It's not water proof nor did it appear to be but I was having fun. Fortunately, they had provided an extra switch in my box and about an hour later with a screw driver, I was back up and running. Although I have beat it up a bit I've tried to avoid high-speed crashes and particularly avoiding hard frontal hits directly on a wheels. I suspect it would break. Fortunately, the parts are easy to find on Amazon. Look for Hosim 9125. I had purchased another different car as well (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G48VDW5) that was little cheaper that didn't perform as well or have even close to the durability or part availability. Be sure to check for part availability on whatever you get. Overall I'm pretty happy with this car and ordered a couple more for the family and extra parts.
