Purchased to heat hot tub to help lower power cost and raise temp above 104. Worked great for purpose. I get about 40-70 degrees between supply and return depending on settings. I now turn off the spa heater and use the propane heater to heat the hot tub about 30 to 40 minutes before I'm ready. As other mentioned, temp can be sensitive depending on temp and flow settings. But this not a problem for my use.

The heater works perfectly, just as described. Lasts a very long time on a tank of propane. Customer service was also superb: less than a year after I got it, I discovered the batteries that came with it had corroded and I could not remove all the corrosion from the battery compartment. I contacted Camplux, who immediately shipped me replacement battery compartment which snapped right in. Working great still.
