I ordered this for my 4 year old grandson who is crazy about cars. This car looks nice and runs well. For me, the best thing is that it is easy to use. The remote basically lets you steer, go forward, and go backward. A lot of other remote cars come with too many functions for the typical very young child to deal with. Even though my grandson prefers cars that he can move himself, he does enjoy playing with this remote car. The lights are a nice touch. The toy seems sturdy enough and I doubt that typical intentional crashes will destroy it. It is suitable for indoor or outdoor play, but it does need a fairly even surface to work well; if your intention is to use it "off road" you'll be disappointed. This remote car makes a great gift for any car crazy kiddo.
My niece wanted this for her first baby. Being a first time mom she was picky and made sure we got her just what she wanted for her little girl. She loves this!
Got this for my 3 y/o and it wound up being more of a gift for me, lol. I also have a much more expensive, big-name RC "basher" and this thing is actually more fun in some ways: the slower speed is more enjoyable when tooling around in thy front yard and its fun to powerslide around the driveway without fear that it'll break something or hurt my kid. The battery life is also decent. Bear in mind that you WILL break some parts! I've replaced the axle shafts several times, which seems to be the weakest link. I also had to replace a motor because the gear stripped. All easy fixes though, and for me that's half the fun of RC.
Got this for Christmas and forgot to make a review lol But the title says it all! Seems pretty durable and is pretty fast too! I say go for it?
