I had stopped using this for quite some time bc I wanted to try something else - a flashier "cooler" toothpaste. I also have gum disease so I have inherent issues with that as well. Unfortunately after awhile my sensitivity came back. I finally ordered some more Sensodyne and I'm so glad I did. It really does help my gums and teeth be less sensitive to hot and cold. There are only two toothpastes on the market that I would use and this is one of them ...

I don't have particularly sensitive teeth but I can feel the difference with this vs. non-sensitive toothpastes. This is fresh, tastes great and seems effective. I haven't noticed any whitening but I didn't buy it for that purpose. Value for money is so so, I wish toothpaste didn't cost so much in general but it is what it is!

Minty fresh and good for your teeth. She likes this product and we found that the price on Amazon was much less than the local CVS or Walgreen.
