It's been a great purchase. Super fast and easy to steer. The battery dies rather quickly when you're running it at max speed. Probably get a good hour's play before needing another charge. Still playing with this 2 years later without needing to replace anything. We run it roughly in the yard. Nice toy!
We've only had this for 2 days, but in those 2 days my 9yr old has put this through months worth of abuse and it keeps on trucking. I'm waiting for something to break any moment, but it's surprisingly durable for it's size so far. The only issue we've had is that with all of the jumps, crashes, flips, and running into walls, fences, etc, that the little metal clips that hold the body on have come off and been lost. They include 4 replacements, but we'll need to buy some more which I'm sure are cheap, or even paper clips might work better. It's super fast, and so far the 2 batteries it comes with seem to be providing about 45 minutes of use going full speed as advertised. My son loves all of the flips, wheelies, and spin outs it can do along with being able to jump off a flights of stairs at the playground
it stands up to the price but the gears may shred off after you use it for a while. ill say that its fun but if you want to upgrade your rc without process and failure just get a imex shogun aka a redcat racing volcano 16 the clones are cheaper but upgrades are like a walk in the park. and if you wanna long lasting rc just get a imen shogun or a volcano 16 they last long and upgrades are easy to find.
