Had to rebuild to get it to work. Tried to return it Amazon doesn’t allow for these to be returned. Refunded me money which was fine. Ordered another unit but the shipping was so long I cancelled and just rebuilt this one. Now that it runs it runs nice

Used for RO filter system. Works reasonably well. super simple. I do wish there was an on/off switch instead of having to plug/unplug it every time.

The hot water heater hooked up easy and worked well when first installed, very convenient having hot water immediately. The only problem I have is that it stopped working a little over year and I can't find parts for it Update: contacted seller to find out where I can get a replacement part and much to my surprise they sent me a replacement part free of charge.

The very first one I received from this company didn’t work no matter what I tried. The plastic tubing inside the water shower hose busted easily as well. I sent it back, and the company very quickly sent out another one, and it works good. The only major problem I have is it is not easy to hook up to an existing, long water hose. I literally had to hold the hose still and twist the entire water heater to get the hose attached. There’s no easy way to do this. The other connections were easy to install. Like most instructions that come with products these days, the directions do not have enough pictures to show how to connect everything, and it takes some guess work.
