This pump does not come with a battery and when you order the suggest battery it doesn't come with the acid to activate it, then when I tried to order the acid it was no longer available. I sent the battery back and bought it at the local hardware store.

I got hot water. Temp control is touchy. But maybe I just haven't figured it out. Instructions were lacking

I had no issues with the product. It’s actually a good investment. There are only two items that were of concern: 1.) there was a loose screw randomly found in the box. I still have not found where it may have unscrewed from and 2.) I received a Harbor Freight manual with the product. Nowhere on the product does it say Vevor but the product favors the Harbor Freight 50ft auger drain cleaning machine. Once I measure the cable I can provide if the appropriate cable was provided. UPDATE: I've had the product since September 2022. It gets the job done and depending on where you live, the first time you use it successfully, you'll avoid a $800 plumber charge but be prepared to remove the cable from the drum and realign it yourself! Attaching the cable back to the drum is a headache. The product was sold to me a 100ft cable. The product also didn't come with all the tools to access and remove the drum but they are common tools that a person would need to fix a bicycle. Also, the gloves are somewhat clunky and easily get caught when feeding the line. Buy your own gloves. Overall, it's good for use at home once in a while but to use as more than anything else I recommend putting your money elsewhere.

We lose power a lot in this part of New Hampshire. I bought this to use as a battery back up system for the pellet stove. I wasn’t sure if it would work or not, but it works great! When power is lost, the system automatically kicks over to battery power and the stove continues to run with no problems. Outstanding product.
