You see... I ordered this NAC, received it on time, sealed and intact. Yay! Then, I promptly opened it and popped one in my mouth and swallowed it with a chug of water. About an hour later, my heart starts to race a little and I get a tingly, warm flush. Ok. Then, about 30 minutes later, I start feeling loopy. I can't concentrate. I just want to lay down and take a nap. Problem is, it's 1:30 in the afternoon and I'm at work. Oh oh. I felt better at around 3:00. My stupid mistake was in taking it before finding out what time of day is best to take NAC. You're supposed to take it right before bedtime. It should be taken with Glutathione for maximum benefit. A channel on YouTube called "High Intensity Health" has a video called "Vitamin D, Glutathione and NAC" for those who are interested.
I've been taking this for about two months. I starting noticing about 2 weeks ago that I'm able to move around more and walking is easier. I'm obese and haven't been able to walk very far for a long time. Today, I'm thinking I'm up to walking a little more as I'm not getting as winded so quickly. I'm going to start by walking to the end of the sidewalk at my apartment building. It's not far for most, but for me it is. I don't want to jinx anything, but I feel hopeful and I can't remember the last time I felt that way. Donna B.
