Old pump (!/2 hp)lasted 11 months --called company twice, no call back! 3 year warranty??? New pump works fine --2 weeks old, but would like some help with old pump!

Very quiet, I was standing next to it and could barely hear it run. Had to take the cover off to make sure it pumped the water out. Great quality, spend the extra money you will be glad you did. Old pump I hear it run the next floor up. Very pleased. Easy to install. Been running like a champ the past 3 weeks no issues

Solidly built, and moved a lot of water. I notice some of the nuts holding the thing together are showing signs of rust after a month, so wonder whether they are stainless? If they get worse I'll swap them out for stainless.

We bought a 4-year-old house. The hot water was taking a while to heat up. Ordered this kit, followed the instructions, and just over an hour later I was all-done. Half-bucket of dark brown water later, hot water comes on faster. Yay!
