I have suffered with acne since the time I was in junior high up to my 40’s. I tried other patches and got these as part of a holiday beauty package. Wow. Game changer. My acne would sometimes last days to weeks. Weeks! I add one of these patches and let it sit for a few hours. Sometimes if the acne is stubborn I replace the patch with a fresh one. Not only does this reduce the size, feel and longevity of the acne, it also kept me from touching my face and adding more bacteria. TIPS: Wash your face well and don’t use any products on the acne. If you can, please try to use tweezers to apply. This helps the stickiness of the patch and help stay on. Use the tweezers to pull the patch from the sheet and apply to the face. Press the patch with your finger for 10-20 seconds to adhere to the face. These were a game changer and I will not use any other patch.
Every time I try a cheaper alternative to the Hero brand, I’m disappointed and end up not using more than a few of the other patches. Mighty Patch is the best acne gel spot I’ve tested and I’ve tried a LOT. It stays put but doesn’t irritate my skin or hurt to take off. Tip: TAKE IT OFF IN THE MORNING! The gunk will keep building up under there. That doesn’t mean leave it on and on! If you want to apply a new patch in the AM (they are not very visible), clean and dry your face well and reapply a new patch on clean skin with no product. These things are miracle workers for upcoming, existing and even past acne spots as well as scarring. My jawline has never looked better.
I was skeptical. My hormonal acne ranges from small whiteheads to redness and hurting under the skin. I have used on both and they work very well. Especially on the ones under the skin. I even tried one on a bump I had on my nose that wasn’t exactly a zit and it lessened the bump dramatically. I do have sensitive skin, and wasn’t bothered by the pads. They stay on well through the night, I haven’t had one come off or start peeling up yet. My main tip: when it says to apply to your fresh skin, make sure it is exactly after to wash your face. If any lotion is around the acne, it will not stick. Removes easily and leaves no film, stickiness, or red ring.

I am always hesitant when buying things like this, after all pimples can't disappear overnight right? Well this product always proves me wrong. Every time I have a pimple coming, I'll slap some of my daily cleanser, throw on a pimple patch, and let it does it's thing. I'll go to sleep once I do all that, and I always wake up in the morning pimple free. The pimple patch usually doesn't even come off when sleeping, which spares me having to search for the patch. I would always recommend this product to anyone of any skin types (of course I'm not an expert)! Hope this review helps!
