Great quality pump. Motor is quiet and directions are fairly easy to understand for the average home owner. My only issue is the check valve that is included. It looks like it is two separate sections that are glued together. Mine was glued poorly and had two sections of pin hole leaks. Since the directions call for this part to be glued on I now have to cut my drain pipe and patch a new one on. I called the company number on the front of the instructions and someone was prompt to answer and sent out a new part. Happy to have a company that stands behind the product, as it seems like a small business. Overall I’m satisfied and maybe I got a defective valve. I’d buy another since the comparable Home Depot model is at least $100 more expensive.

Fired up initially and seemed ok but would shut down frequently. Tried a different pump and even faucet input, now after a week maybe 30sec.. Reached out to manufacturer 48hrs ago no reply. I'm returning, they had there chance to resolve.
