I bought this thinking it would be nice to unclog my drain myself. I read all the directions an got started. It was going fine until it hit the clog. In a flash it started twisting an grabbed my glove, that came with it an it almost broke my thumb an wrist. I wouldn’t recommend using it without someone else being there. My daughter was watching me an if it wasn’t for her, I don’t know what would have happened.

Bought two of these and 2 batteries as well. Installed and tested them this weekend and they work perfectly. I no longer have to worry about my basement sump pumps not working in a power outage/storm. Such a relief to know I won't ever have to hand bail sump pumps in the dark in the middle of the night.
