I have been looking to find a high quality "real deal" RC vehicle for a reasonable price for quite a while. I kept on coming back to Laegendary's RC lineup because the price, promo video, & pictures appeared to show me that this was a quality RC vehicle that I could have some serious fun with. However, since I couldn't touch/feel/kick the tires, had never heard of the brand before, etc it still felt risky. Also, the way the Amazon page sensationalizes the vehicle so much I had a lingering thought that the company might be "all hat and no cattle" just like so many other sellers on Amazon. Ultimately, I thought "what the heck" and took the plunge and ordered it. I am so glad I did because this thing is AWESOME, and Laegendary is spot on with their advertising! I didn't know exactly what to expect, but this toy is a great quality and a TON OF FUN! I have been so impressed that this company does not seem to have cut any corners, which you just don't see often anymore. The materials used to build this car appear to be high quality metals and plastics and appear to be made to last. In terms of function, this has been incredibly fun to use and is FAST...REALLY FAST! So fast in fact the very first time I pulled the trigger I flipped the truck over, so make sure you have it on the low speed mode until you get used to the crazy acceleration and speed. This truck is all-wheel drive and still burns the tires easily, is surprisingly agile, and can pretty much take on any terrain you throw at it. There is only one small defect I noticed right out of the box is one of the rear dog-bones is slightly bent, so I will be contacting support to see if a replacement can be sent. Finally, it was such a cool surprise to see that this company is passionate about charities, as you'll find in an insert that comes with the manual. Way to be an upstanding company! I cannot believe how durable this thing is....! I have wasted a fortune on $30-$40 RC cars from WalMart and Target for my 5 yo twins... they break in a week or less. My kids ran this over on a bike and it did not even slow down. It takes a beating and keeps going. It is super fast... I've been keeping it on LOW speed until they can get better control over it but it is fast...pops a wheelie on HIGH speed. Battery life could be a tad better but we are using it all the time and it does come with 2 so we just swap out. A few times it seems the throttle gets stuck... and it zips away without anyone touching anything... power cycle seems to fix it. All in all, great deal for the money. I literally spent $40 on one a WalMart that lasted 1 day... the next day I ordered this and its only been 4 days but it is going strong.
