OK, so this review is a tad premature, but initial impressions are high. 4 stars for now. I will need to revise down the road after putting it through a lengthy trial period.
As mentioned in the description the pad is a four season pad which means it can be used in winter, but it has not been tested by the ASTM standard. The pad currently doesn’t have any insulation, the technology used to retain heat is the thickness(air) and the 40D nylon material that contains TPU composites which has low thermal conductivity(it's the point, it keeps your heat from transferring into the ground). The company also stated “...it can handle up to -3 degrees F and -19 C...we have tested it ourselves on a 14 F trip and it performed well!”. That being said I would not recommend using a quilt with this pad, use a sleeping bag and a good one until it's tested via ASTM standards.
I completely forgot to review this camping pad (although I've been raving to all my friends about it) until I received a letter from Mike, the owner of the company today asking if I could submit a review, yes Mike I'd be glad to. I had purchased a similar pad a month earlier from M.E.C. it was twice the price and not as thick. The materials on your pad seem very similar and quality is A1. I haven't had a chance to get it out portageing at Algonquin Park yet but I'm sure it will be great. Only drawback is it is a bit heavier than my M.E.C. one but as I said it is a bit thicker so that can be expected. I'm 6' tall and it is plenty long enough for me Thanks Gear Doctor I look forward to trying your other products.

Overall I like the Apolloair pad. It's lightweight, warm, comfy, easy to use, durable, and a bit noisy.
I really like this pad and plan to test it next month to see how it performs in the mountains. I was not able to rate the sleeping comfort at this time but by initial assessment is positive. I prefer a slightly under-inflated pad to over-inflated for my sleeping comfort. Beginners traditionally inflate to max fill and then the pad is more like a trampoline than a sleeping pad. I made this mistake early in my backpacking but not anymore.
