Frigidaire FF13DISPC1 1.25 HP Corded Garbage Disposer for Kitchen Sinks

Bought in October, didn’t get it installed until March. Wouldn’t work right. I was out of return period but I contacted ecotouch directly and sent them a video of the issue and they had a new unit to me in 2 days. New one works as it should. Elaine from ecotouch took care of it very fast.

I purchased this to replace a very old, well known brand disposal. The Frigidaire offered me two choices for wiring, of which I chose to convert the feed line into an under-sink outlet and utilize the included plug. The components appear to be of good quality and are complete, ie, everything for the install is included. As opposed to much of what Frigidaire builds today, which are quite problematic, this appliance, so far, appears to be a real bargain.

Very quiet, I was standing next to it and could barely hear it run. Had to take the cover off to make sure it pumped the water out. Great quality, spend the extra money you will be glad you did. Old pump I hear it run the next floor up. Very pleased. Easy to install. Been running like a champ the past 3 weeks no issues

I wasn't sure whether to give this a 3 or 4 star rating.. Upon arrival the PCV inside, was broke in half. My husband is a handyman so it was a cheap and easy fix but it is a hassle making an extra run to get a piece it should already have. This same pump was also sold at Tractor Supply and had the same complaints about the PVC being broken, it was a little more costly, and took longer to ship so I went with Amazon. I read the reviews before, so I knew the PVC had the possibility of being broken so I knew what I was purchasing..
