I bought this think..as IT stated,should be safe for lactose intolerant persons..but..has Dairy in it.So it came..Tasted really good too..and yes..had dairy..thought as much cuz was..milky..but..and gut let me knoW it.but I use them Once a day..or less as they Are pricey..had bought theM for a reason..needed protein shakes!! And they are packed..so deff using them..!! So just know..if you have an issue with Lactose..its NOT free of Dairy! But did not rip me apart..just..?veryyyyy painful!! Sooo theres that!?

Being at a low weight, I drank these in addition to my meals. Pretty good stuff for a protein shake, easily drinkable and a good chocolate flavor. They may seem a little expensive but are far better than most of the generic knock offs.
