Super fun model to build and flies well. I made some mistakes in my first build, so after a few months bought another and putting a really cool paint job and getting it ready to fly!!! It’s a great mini pandemic project!
Well my son tried to do some kind of Fast & Furious stunt maneuver under a REAL moving car.... The real car won but I have to applaud the design of this RC model. With it having been run over by a car. The body didn't get crushed! Seriously!! I figured it would be a total loss but nope. It needs new tires and 1 shock. That's it!! It still turns on and ran, well... It wobbled away but that's some super serious heavy duty stuff it's made of!!

This is our second Laegendary RC vehicle. After giving my 11 year old son a Triton, I purchased this a few days later. We have had a blast racing and jumping both of them. They're easy to drive, fun to play with, and easy to fix. The body shell will scuff as you drive the car, but if I wanted something to sit still and look shiny, I'd buy a die-cast model (or more Lego). We trade off driving this one and the Triton, and get 30-40 minutes of activity with both batteries. Laegendary's customer service is terrific, and if during the course of play any parts get worse for wear, they're easy to replace. Lots of value for the purchase, and I highly recommend them. My son already put the 1:16 Sonic on his birthday list! You should have no qualms about buying this one (or any other from this company).
