Llegó, me lo instalaron, prendió pero no calentaba ni subía la temperatura digital, no pudimos hacerlo funcionar, y me dijeron que al instalarlo y abrirle donde van las mangueras salió agua, como que ya lo había devuelto o nose pero debería venir seco. We bought a home in late August of 2022 and it has a well which is new to us. We have 2 water heaters (one 15 years old and the other 5) Upon moving in early December 22 we noted the shower water on the older water heater smelled horrible so we bought a new water heater - no smell. The other water heater services the kitchen and laundry room and it too had an odor but not as bad so we bought the Corro-Protec and the odor was gone the next day and has not returned. In mid February we started smelling a faint odor on our new water heater so I bought another Corro-Protec and installed it and the odor is gone - the product really works Great product and it’s easy to install

We have a private well and the water is extremely high in iron (and therefore, iron bacteria). We have a 3 stage filtration, softening and chlorine injection system to make the water potable. In fall of 2021, we replaced the old water heater (2008) with a costly new water heater. We never had an issue with egg-smelling water with the old water heater. With the new one, however, the egg smell began about 3 months after install. We had anode rod replaced twice in less than 18 months. After the last replacement failed, the egg smell was horrendous, along with grimy black particulate in the hot water. This time, our plumber recommended that we buy a Corro-Protec unit from Amazon. The only other choice was to remove the anode rod from our hot water heater entirely, and thereby void the warranty. We decided to at least try the Corro-Protec - and I'm very happy to say it has thus far solved our problem. It's only been two weeks, but our hot water is now as fresh as spring water. Our plumber said he is so impressed with the Corro-Protec, he is recommending them to all of his customers from now on. I'm very hopeful that the Corro-Protec will be a permanent solution to our well-water / hot water issues. IMHO it was money very well spent!
