I’ve only had this product for a short while but it quickly proved it’s worth to me. I suffer from an autoimmune disorder whose primary symptom for me is extreme dryness in the mouth — in simple terms, I don’t produce much spit! What this means is that almost anything I eat ends up sticking to my teeth. When I am at home it’s not too much of a problem since I can just go back and brush my teeth. However, that option isn’t available to me when I am eating out socially, have a piece of chocolate or if I even have a peanut butter cracker in the car. I would try to rub my teeth with a tissue but that really didn’t help much. Until now! I can take one of these little brushes, tuck it in my hand, and casually scrub or pick away without anyone being the wiser. These are a game changer for me and I have a supply in the glove compartment of both cars as well as a supply in my handbags. Even if you aren’t starting with an autoimmune disorder, you will find that these brushes will make your mouth feel fresher even if you don’t have access to your regular toothbrush and the privacy of your own bathroom.

A coworker who also has braces introduced me to these brushes (I carry a compact brush in my purse). They have a strong mint flavor that can be overwhelming with the initial brush, though, your breath is fresh. No need for water. If you have braces, you'll want to go easy on the brackets for two reasons. First so your brackets aren't damaged and two, this little brush will get destroyed before you finish umusing it. The brush is on one end and there is a curved pick on the other end. This is a great product if you're not able to brush your teeth immediately after eating. These are not only great for traveling but also for people like me with physical disabilities, who struggle with self care. Not to mention, if you have depression, these are great for that, too, and help you do it more easily on your really down days when self care is the most difficult.

Sometimes you just feel like you could use a toothbrush when you're not at home. I keep these in my purse. If I am driving to an appt and feel like my teeth could use a quick brush, these little gems are perfect. The little spot of toothpaste in the middle is subtle and combined with the bristles, leaves your mouth feeling clean! Great little product.
