It was fairly easy to install and the hot water in our master bathroom now starts flowing much more quickly. I plumbed the unit by connecting it to the hot water line coming into the vanity (rather than a cold water line).

Easy to set up and worked very well. Water at tap increased to match output temperature of water heater thermostat after use. I did not use the included grate because it increased the water volume too much for the correct dilution of the descaling chemical. Very nice stainless steel pump and good quality long hoses made the job pleasurable.

Utilisation, camping

First, the product description is incorrect. The manufacturers info stating this is a ½” cable is correct; the item description shows a ⅜” cable, which is incorrect. I bought this to clear a long exterior drain on my ranch. The machine works exactly as intended. The feed is smooth in both forward and retract positions. The unit is made in China and is built on a heavy duty tubular steel frame with solid rubber tires. The unit is very heavy, about 100 lbs., mostly due to the 100’ cable. I suspect the majority of pictures and horror stories others have shared on this review page are due to inexperience with this type of machine. This machine will not automatically clear your drain, but will assist you in clearing your drain if you know how to use it.

Plenty of power, seller supplied everything I needed, great product. Note: pump nestles down in a base plate that can be rotated. I rotated mine to eject out the flat side of the basin. Super happy with result.
