To start off, you should know that I bought this for the first time because my dermatologist gave me some samples and thought it was a nice hand cream. It is so much more to me now. I have dyshidrotic eczema and if you don’t know what that is, it’s a type of eczema that causes your fingers and palms to break out in tiny blisters that itch and burn until they cause your skin to crack and fall off leaving you with bleeding raw patches everywhere. I have multiple steroid creams to aid the healing process of this, but no matter what I tried, I’d break out and lose my finger tips every two weeks like clock work. Like I said, I got samples of the cream, liked it, and ended up buying a tub, but after using this product for a few weeks, I decided I’d never not have it on my bedside stand. I have not had an eczema break out in months!! I even survived an entire Winter of using my hands for barn work and other laborious things and I have not lost my fingertips once. This product is a miracle for me. I use it nightly before bed and I’m good to go. More good things to know: -I hate greasy hands. This absorbs quickly for how thick it is and isn’t greasy after a few seconds. My hands fell silky, but not greasy! I can use my phone just fine after rubbing the cream in. -it smells very neutral/is non scented -there are no animal products or byproducts in this -I have used it on my face when I forget my face moisturizer before bed and I have not broken out from doing so. Normally random lotions break me out. -it works amazingly on chapped lips. Seems weird, I know, but I use it for this too now when needed. I actually prefer it over chapstick. I have never written a review this long in my life and I was not paid or compensated to write this. I simply love this product and I highly HIGHLY recommend it if you’ve got stubborn it recurring eczema!

I have found this to be the best overall moisturizer I've EVER used for many decades. Head to toe. Thanks to "Dr. Dray" on YouTube for recommending this (and most other CeraVe products).. I used to buy this and the lighter CeraVe lotion but found using this with a little water on hands before applying allows me to get what ever thickness I want. Slides on effortlessly with wet hands and soaks in quickly. Lasts all day. Very economical in the 19oz jars. I simply unscrew the one pump lid I have when jar is empty and put it on the new no pump replacements. You only need to buy the pump top model one time and reuse it. This stuff really works without being sticky or smelly. Highly recommended.
