I use this for sink out in garage. It works for one sink. It takes a few to get going, I have found if you dont turn hot water all the way on for 10 seconds or so, it gets hot way faster. It stays warm fairly well, so when I am in garage for a while to use second time and so on it is a lot faster. I would not call this instant by any means, but for my garage it works very well for the price

Great product to use

I doubted this water heater, but I was wrong, installed it in my motorhome, and took the original tank hot water heater and lost enough weight to add more storage, venting was the only concern but got that taken care of, if you purchase this unit, be warned it gets hot, I got kinda burnt until I adjusted it and stayed a extra 5 mins. This is a fantastic product, and suggest every RV'r to look into upgrading, .y 12 volt pump handles the pressure side just fine, be careful first time and be a doughter of i5s heating power, looking inside I believe it's going to last, no doubts
