I use this for sink out in garage. It works for one sink. It takes a few to get going, I have found if you dont turn hot water all the way on for 10 seconds or so, it gets hot way faster. It stays warm fairly well, so when I am in garage for a while to use second time and so on it is a lot faster. I would not call this instant by any means, but for my garage it works very well for the price

Great product to use

I doubted this water heater, but I was wrong, installed it in my motorhome, and took the original tank hot water heater and lost enough weight to add more storage, venting was the only concern but got that taken care of, if you purchase this unit, be warned it gets hot, I got kinda burnt until I adjusted it and stayed a extra 5 mins. This is a fantastic product, and suggest every RV'r to look into upgrading, .y 12 volt pump handles the pressure side just fine, be careful first time and be a doughter of i5s heating power, looking inside I believe it's going to last, no doubts

This unit is great for an outdoor shower in the summer, and it works great and really heats the water. You should NOT, however, try to use the unit when the temperatures are near freezing. First, it invalidates the warranty which was noted to me by support, and second, the unit can burst open from the freezing and need to be replaced. The radiators where the water flows to heat up bursts in colder, freezing weather. I live in New Mexico, not Minnesota, but it does get below freezing in winter. Even draining the unit after use, I have had two units in a row in the past 30 days freeze and burst open rendering them useless. Disconnect it and take it inside until the weather is above freezing and you will have a great experience. Having said all that, the company stood behind the product and contacted me and wanted to make sure I was a happy customer even after that experience. That is the case, I admire a company that stands behind its product even if you cross some line in a warranty contract. Camplux cares about its customers and their satisfaction!
