I bought this because it seemed to be an elegant, simple way to run 3 shower components. It worked great for about a year, but was slowly losing water pressure. Then later I was unable to adjust the temperature, it defaulted to a warm+ setting. I emailed customer support for homdec, they responded right away. The cartridge is under a 2 year warranty, mine was a little over a year old. They shipped me a replacement cartridge and also included 2 replacement check valves. Granted shipping took a little over a week but keep in mind the parts are coming from China. Replacing just the cartridge only took about 20 minutes and fixed the problem I didn’t replace the check valves. If I have another issue with the cartridge I will update but for now I'm very satisfied with the component and especially with their customer support

I really like this product I still use it when I go camping for an outside shower it just get takes a little time to figure out how much hot water and how much cold water you want going through to set your temperature

Product arrived quickly in a very organized package. Was extremely easy to install but best of all, it looks very nice in my newly renovated bathrooms.
