I broke my leg months ago but still have had swelling. I hated the hospital's compression stockings but was told I need this kind of sock as I continue with therapy. I bought the BLUEENJOY ones after sifting through Amazon's other offerings and felt these were well rated. I can see why. They are a nice fabric like regular socks but a tad thinner, stretch more easily to put on than the hospital ones (better for arthritic fingers), are machine wash, and have helped me climb stairs better due to less swelling of the knee. The 2 sets I own DID NOT HAVE A BAD ODOR as they come in individual baggies inside a bigger one. I am a petite woman with a small calf and the small-med fits me fine. These would also stretch longer and wider for a larger person. The foot fits my size 8 wide if I don't stretch it out a lot, so I know it would go bigger. I would not advise the black sock style 02 due to the little round shapes as these have lots of threads inside that caused my swollen leg to have large dents (but didn't cause discomfort). The hearts were fine. I take them off by pulling down, inside out. It's easiest to remove them. I put them on first thing, in bed, with my legs up in the air so gravity helps me get them on. I like these so much that I ordered another, plain set, without decoration. I use Amazon's natural Traumeel cream and tablets to help with the swelling and comfort. Best wishes to others with swollen legs! I am a satisfied customer.
I really like these compression socks. I'm a CNA and in nursing school and they really make all the difference whether or not my legs hurt at the end of the day. When I don't wear compression socks my calves get super sore and painful but when I do where them it helps significantly. I have had some for almost two years and they never got stretched out and they work great. I recently bought more though because these socks did get holes in the toes, specifically my big toe area. I do think that is regular wear and tear though so I high recommend these because they're the cost of one pair most places and they have the same quality!
I had my pelvic lymph nodes removed and get mild lymphodema in my feet and ankles. These work great for every day use. I have medical grade socks too, but those are so hard to put on and are pretty uncomfortable. If you have severe lymphodema, these socks might not be enough for you, but they work well for me. They are comfortable and look nice too.
I’ve been very skeptical about trying compression socks. These are cute and very comfortable. I’ve worn them after working out and slept with them on. Will be traveling quite a bit this year. Gonna give them a try on the plane in a few weeks.
