My dentist let me know about this stuff after seeing my prescriptions (Adderall being the main one) Consistent dry mouth can lead to all sorts of problems, and while they aren't happening yet, they would have without this recommendation. It's much less harsh than Listerine, but you should use it 3-5x a day. Not a problem if you work from home - but a bit of a pain if you're out and about. This stuff goes pretty fast so if you see a deal get a few!

I have allergies & dryness irritates me. With that said, I usually drink alot of water to prevent a dry throat/mouth, coughing all night?‍? THIS PRODUCT WORKS.? I RINSE my mouth with it at bedtime & it KEEPS your mouth moist while you sleep. ?

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea. Until my mouth device comes in, oddly enough I sleep with my mouth wide open thus causing my mouth to dry out. I get up several times during the night to drink water. Nonetheless, since I got Biotin, I don’t have that issue. This stuff works and works good. It does only last for four hours; but it’s amazing.

This mouthwash delivers on its moisturizing promise thanks to the glycerin in it, and the flavor is very refreshing and cleansing without being harsh/overwhelming like your typical store-bought mouthwashes we’re all used to. Great value for the money, absolutely would (and often do) recommend to anyone.
