Used for RO filter system. Works reasonably well. super simple. I do wish there was an on/off switch instead of having to plug/unplug it every time.

The pump works as advertised, though only after having to separately return the first one, which was received broken, and then reorder it; there was no replace option, evidently. Given the way the original was packaged (no bubble wrap on pump, no instruction sheet, connectors loose in box), I suspect it was a reshipped return to begin with. At any rate, the seller made it right and managed to get me the replacement pump much more quickly than the original. For reference, I'm using this for an RO rig to reduce maple sap before boiling into syrup.

I installed this pump in December of 2020 and I knew I was taking a risk on an unknown brand. The big box stores were charging too much in my opinion so I rolled the dice on this unit. I unfortunately have a lot more experience with submersible pumps than I would like so the installation for me personally was very easy. My well depth is only about 75' so this pump gives me plenty of pressure. I knew when I opened the box it was just as well made as the Flotec I had most recently installed at another location. It was shipped with a decent amount of lead wire and the thread on connector went in easily. I used watertight butt splice connections to make the hookup to the well wire and then did an overall heatshrink to protect the connections. The pump comes on and shuts off smoothly and I noticed it doesn't jerk around in the well casing during on and off cycles which will extend the life of the wiring and the pump. After nearly two years I have zero complaints. Worth the money and a good product.
