It does work but the installation was painful. I should have invested on a combined system, two pump in one. Those are more expensive but the installation is a lot easier. If you don't use the watchdog battery the alarm will not shu. I had to disabled the alarm cause it kept beeping.

I doubted this water heater, but I was wrong, installed it in my motorhome, and took the original tank hot water heater and lost enough weight to add more storage, venting was the only concern but got that taken care of, if you purchase this unit, be warned it gets hot, I got kinda burnt until I adjusted it and stayed a extra 5 mins. This is a fantastic product, and suggest every RV'r to look into upgrading, .y 12 volt pump handles the pressure side just fine, be careful first time and be a doughter of i5s heating power, looking inside I believe it's going to last, no doubts
