This is by far best 1/12 scale cheap rc car u can buy, sure it's not brushless but I use ovonics 2200 mah 3s batteries and it is plenty fast and a absolute joy to drive. This cars chassis with its extreme durability and center diff is what really makes it superior, it also has a very good steering servo that really doesnt need upgrading, plus upgrading to brushless is relatively easy. Parts aren't to hard to find either, the only thing I wish was better was the battery compartment is really only big enough for 1600 mah batteries, I had to take the foam piece out and duct take the ovonics 3s battery I use.. but really most cars this price range have the same size battery compartment. To end this all I can say this has been my most fun to drive rc car =).

This little RC is really neat. My daughter loves it and i think its worth the money I've spent on it. 20 minute battery life is accurate from what I've noticed. LED lights that came with it just snap in and are still shining bright after a month of daily use. Truck itself is pretty durable. We have rolled it and gotten it wet and muddy and its still going strong however we do remove the body and clean it after long periods of use. The pins that keep the body fastened have not come loose and seem to hold pretty well. The two speed modes determine how long the battery will last. 20 mins of run time is achieved with it on low mode but my daughter prefers low mode anyway because it is still really quick and easier to control. It comes with two batteries for a total of 40 mins run time in low mode and i purchased an extra one for back-up. On high mode you will prob get about 10 mins run time. Remote is a breeze to work. The trigger is a tad sensitive so i would advise taking it easy when using the remote. Not that it is weak but it isn't made of metal if you know what i mean. Doesn't take a lot of force to activate it but i feel like pressing it too hard would break it. If i had to put an age on it i would say ages 8 and up. Not suitable for younger children. I would buy this item again.

I purchased this car as my first R/C car to start my hobby and it definitely delivered. It was very fun, fast, and easy to control. I did have the rear differential break after a few weeks (The only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars) but when I reached out to the support team they got back with me fairly promptly and sent me a new part within a week. I also asked for a "How-to" video and they sent one along as well (Not the greatest video because it was not specific to my problem but had enough info to get me through it). Overall this was a great purchase and I recommend this as a beginner truck to jump into the world of R/C cars
